Product Review Meeting
Our initial meeting is an opportunity to review the different products and brands we offer along with information on the differences between different types of windows and doors available on the market today. We take the time to understand more about your project as well as what your goals are with replacing your windows and doors. We prefer this to be done at our showroom where we have all the various product options on display.

2.

In Home Measure
We will meet you at your home to measure each window or door you are looking to replace while reviewing the replacement process and details of each unit.

3.

Detailed Quote
After we have done our measure a detailed quote will be provided outlining the scope of your replacement along with payment terms and other important information regarding the project.

4.

Final Measure
Once you've made the decision to proceed we will schedule a final measure with our Lead Installer to confirm all the unit sizing and take the opportunity to confirm the install details again unit by unit. This also allows for any last minute questions to be answered prior to ordering. This is also when we will collect the deposit in order to process the order.

5.

Install Day
You will receive an email or phone call a couple weeks in advance of your planned install date to confirm the date and time for when the install team will arrive. On install day you can expect our professional in-house install team to show up on time and ready to get started with your project. Our team takes care of your home like their own and will ensure to maintain a clean work environment. Our teams are fully insured, professional and personable with many years of experience.
